The Agent Model: When you submit an order, Sugargoo purchases the item from the Chinese seller using their local payment methods. They receive the item at their warehouse, inspect it, photograph it, store it, and eventually ship it to you. You pay for each service stage separately.

Order Placement: Sugargoo accepts product links from Taobao, Weidian, Tmall, and 1688. Paste the link into their order form, specify color, size, and quantity. Sugargoo's system extracts product information automatically when possible.

Payment Processing: After submitting an order, Sugargoo charges your wallet for the product price plus their service fee. If the seller is out of stock, Sugargoo refunds this amount. Successful purchases proceed to the warehouse stage.

Parcel Consolidation: Approved items can be combined into parcels for international shipping. Group items strategically by category, value, or destination requirements. Submit parcels with accurate declarations and carrier selection.

International Shipping: Sugargoo handles packaging, customs documentation, and carrier handoff. They provide tracking numbers and estimated delivery windows. Support tickets can address shipping delays or lost parcels.

Post-Delivery Support: If items arrive damaged or incorrect, Sugargoo offers dispute resolution. Document issues with photos immediately upon receipt. Contact support within their specified claim window for refund eligibility.
